| About this painting: The deep blue of the Aegean sky and sea provides a brilliant backdrop for the laddered villas of Santorini. Every turn provides a surprise for the senses as you climb from the sea to the top of the mountain. This beautiful villa was my favorite. The table was being set for a late lunch and I couldn't resist taking a photo. I played a little loose with the color of the villa, but everything else is true to this wonderful Greek Isle. |
